How it works
One message a person sends to any of your agents — through the widget, the API, WhatsApp, voice, or your own Playground tests. Approving an action an agent asked to confirm does not count.
On Free, your agents answer on our model for their first 50 messages, so you see it work before setting anything up. After that, add a key from any provider in Model Hub.
Workspace owners get a heads-up in the console at 80%, and an email too at 100%. At the monthly message limit, agents pause until the 1st; everything else keeps working.
Upgrades take effect within a minute. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing you built is deleted — you just can’t add more beyond the new limits.

Add keys for Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Sarvam or Ollama in Model Hub, and choose the model per agent. On Pro and above your agents can also run on our keys.
Yes — every message to an agent counts, whichever channel it comes from. The console shows how many you have left right under the Playground composer.
Your agents stop answering until your allowance resets on the 1st of the month (UTC), and visitors see a short, neutral message. Upgrade at any point to resume straight away.
Nothing is deleted. Agents, knowledge bases and channels you already have keep running; you can’t create more until you’re back within the new plan’s limits.
